Caitlin Krapf is the VP, HR and Organizational Development at Province Brands. She runs the Productivity Team overseeing both HR and Project Management.
Prior to joining Province Brands, Mrs. Krapf spent over ten years in the entertainment industry coordinating teams of all sizes on and off set.
Her most recent role was as VP, Development at sekretagent Productions, where she developed various film, tv, and video game properties.
Prior to her time at sekretagent, Mrs. Krapf focused on the world of documentary film. She associate produced two feature documentaries: View from the Bridge: Stories from Kosovo, which premiered at Slamdance; and Refusenik, for which she oversaw the national theatrical release. She also co-produced the feature documentary SEX(ED): THE MOVIE. Her work in documentary film brought her to Cause & Affect, the company founded by Meredith Blake where she helped create social action campaigns around media projects.
Ms. Krapf is a graduate of Yale University and received an MFA from USC's School of Cinematic Arts.
