Our President will be tasked with providing strong leadership for the company by working with the board and other executives to establish short and long-term goals, plans and strategies. You will assist fundraising and business development efforts and act as a public face of the company. You will help manage budgets and make sure resources are allocated properly. You will make sure departments meet their individual goals and are responsible for overall accountability to shareholders and the general public.
Our Brand Manager is a key player on our Marketing Team. The role focuses on creating and executing scalable Canadian and international marketing initiatives to drive the P&L brand building of the Province Brand portfolio according to given priorities. Successfully creating International PR and Consumer Communications initiatives will also entail leading the execution of projects across regions. Success will be measured in positive development of value, volume and brand equity and awareness of each brand.
Our Business Development and Fundraising Manager will support the Chief Business Development Officer and upper management in fundraising efforts. This is an investor-related sales / marketing job where we are looking for someone to help us raise capital. This will involve a lot of emailing and direct phone contact with prospective investors.
Our Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to our Productivity Team. The Productivity Team both oversees Project Management and HR for the company as well as providing strong support for our Business Development and Fundraising Team. This job is really three-fold. Your time will be divided between typical assistant tasks, travel bookings, and helping to schedule visits for both potential investors and job candidates. Event-planning experience will be a huge help. This isn’t the kind of job where you have to always stay late, but on days with special events you’ll need to be available early and late as schedules require.
Our Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing top talent for all five of Province Brand’s teams including management, R&D in a number of scientific fields, marketing, financial services and manufacturing shop floor roles. We’re looking for someone with a specialty in financial services or marketing, but able to quickly learn new specialties when called for. The ideal candidate for this role will be incredibly polished and capable of managing relationships with successful candidates at the very top of their fields – Presidents, Chief Marketing Officers, etc.
