THIS WEEK'S UPDATE

  • The animation renders are wrapping up to completion - they are looking really good! We are making further arrangements for the video shoot, sourcing out the required props.
  • We received proofs of our bottle and can labels, which means we are one step ahead with our dry goods. We also received some samples of outer packaging and will get started on the artwork shortly. We made the decision to switch to red bottle caps after viewing the gold coloured samples.
  • Attention was given to revising incorrect press. We are thrilled to be receiving so much media attention, but although a broken "telephone chain" happens, we are putting forth effort to ensure the information from any and every source is accurate.
  • The final sample came in for our PB hat and it looks perfect. We are placing an order and will hopefully have them soon for distribution!

  • We have been consumed by all the amazing press this week! It all started with The Guardian and continued to snowball for days resulting in over 392 pick-ups. Seth Meyers even made a tongue-in-cheek mention on his show about scientists in Canada working to create the worlds first beer brewed from cannabis. Although he didn’t mention Province Brands, we know who he is referring to. With press, comes many inquiries. We have received many messages from media, consumers and investors though our social media channels. We truly have fans!

THIS WEEK'S UPDATE

  • The marketing team set some milestones this week with our packaging. We now have our own manufacturer's number, and we created our first three barcodes with anticipation of selling PB’s first beer!
  • We sorted out pressing matters with our can artwork regarding legal logistics and design possibilities. We know what our preferences are, and we are working realistically with manufacturing deadlines. We decided that the best solution is to have artwork ready to go for all possibilities, this way we know our part is done and it is up to the timeline of the supplier. We are also concluding our decisions on outer packaging and pack quantities for sales.

THIS WEEK'S UPDATE

  • This week we made progress with package design, and we are excited about potential embossing on the cans! We worked with a new bottle producer, hoping that this will be the one we move forward with because they have a lower minimum order. Another element of our packaging is the copy for the labels placed on the bottles and cans, which had us working closely with the legal team this week as well.
  • Our brand bibles are coming along nicely, we gave attention to Cambridge Bay and Rokt Lager.
  • Attention was also given to promotional material. We are proud of the banner we created for the Israel conference, which successfully conveys our brand aesthetic while still leaving mystery and not revealing to much of our product information. We are continuing our banter back and forth with the hat manufacturer and are coming close to approval.
