Productivity Team Update September 7, 2018
THIS WEEK'S UPDATE
We helped the legal team build out a Gantt Chart for the upcoming Annual Shareholder Meeting.
We joined two interview calls for process engineer and are pushing those candidates on to the next level.
We’ve begun discussing updating our training procedure. Caitlin’s move to Ontario should be complete in October, which will facilitate her doing more in-person one-on-one trainings. In the meantime, we’ve expanded the basic training schedule and held some additional phone trainings for new team members.
We facilitated shipping our conference booth to Chicago, in advance of Arcview Chicago.
We need to get all of our job descriptions up on the Province website.
We need to do a general check-in with all of our recruiters, get them updated job descriptions, and push them for more candidates.
