We built out a Gantt Chart to track all our expanded HR needs moving forward.
In preparation for the upcoming conference we helped the Fundraising Team update our profile on Breeze, Arcview’s portal for investors to research companies pitching at the conferences, and trained the new members of the Fundraising Team on the portal.
We helped the Product Team think through their future hiring needs and began putting a plan in place to address those needs.
We worked with the Legal Team to get some questions answered for the final build-out of the Alcohol Licensure Gantt Chart.
We held one of our first intern interviews.
Due to some unexpected HR and fundraising needs, we didn’t complete all our postings for interns, but we’ll be prioritizing that this week.
We’ll be helping the Product Team post for at least one new position.
We’ll be building out a roadmap for the next 6 months of Product Team hiring.
