We built out an on-boarding checklist and reviewed it with the Legal Team. As we grow larger we’ll be putting more time into making sure we comply with HR best practices.
We helped compile information from the entire Product Team for our call with Loyalist. It was a productive call and we’re scheduled to go over more details with them this coming week.
We followed up with the Business & Fundraising Team to advance a grant proposal we’re working on.
A lot of this week will be focused on hiring. We have several offer letters to coordinate, and we’ll be making sure that our recruiter gets feedback on the latest group of candidates he’s found for us.
We also need to make sure our latest hires have completed the last of their on-boarding.
