Productivity Team Update February 1, 2019

THIS WEEK'S UPDATE

  • We worked with the Team Leaders to make a list of necessary Team Folders to set up on G-Suite for file sharing.

  • We finished setting up all new computers.

  • We reviewed contractor on-boarding and made sure the Smartsheet was up-to-date and that all contractors had all the tools they needed.

  • We began building out plans to update our Smartsheet new hire on-boarding template and begin creating support materials for on-boarding.

  • We made additional revisions to our Team Budget for 2019.

LOOKING FORWARD

  • It’s been a little slower setting interviews with our Product Team and Bioprocess Candidates than we’d like, but most should be complete this week.

  • We also developed plans for sourcing additional candidates that we’ll be following up on this week.

  • We need to complete revisions to our expense approval forms.

  • We need to complete on-boarding for the new Assistant Brewer joining out team.
