Productivity Team Update December 14, 2018
THIS WEEK'S UPDATE
We’ve begun to prioritizing internal headhunting for several key roles. If you have any recommendations for President, Chief Business Development Officer, or Bioprocess Scientist (find descriptions here: https://www.provincebrands.com/careers) please reach out.
At the same time, we’re exploring the option of trying out a retained search for a few roles and negotiated two contracts for those this week.
We finalized the terms of our Employee Referral Program for job candidates and will be rolling it out this week.
Unfortunately, our final candidate had to pass on our last outstanding offer because of relocation issues, but we plan to stay in contact.
We planned a small holiday party for the team.
We ordered computers for all new team members, and have a plan in place for future orders.
We need to decide if we’re moving forward with both or either retained search.
We need to build out Smartsheet sheets for the upcoming Product Team planning meeting.
We need to plan a call to go over the End-of-Year-Review Materials with the founders.
