THIS WEEK'S UPDATE

  • A new Business Development and Fundraising manager accepted our offer. He’ll be doing his training with Dooma over our holiday break and starting first thing in the new year.

  • We held a meeting with team leaders about a new format for weekly Smartsheet reviews with their direct reports that we hope will help everyone prioritize their tasks more efficiently and make Smartsheet reports more manageable.

  • We found a possible location for a Toronto office and got in all initial paperwork.

  • We completed drafts of a “One-Pager” about the company for potential candidates and the form for an Employee Referral Program that would reward employees for recommending potential candidates.

LOOKING FORWARD

  • We need to follow up on all our outstanding offers and employment agreements.

  • We need to complete drafts of everything for our new system of end-of-year reviews and get it to the Founders to review.

  • We need to finalize our company one-pager and the language for the Employee Referral Program.
