Productivity Team Update November 30, 2018
THIS WEEK'S UPDATE
We went out with several key offers. We already heard back on a few, and though responses were not all what we hoped, it looks like at least one person will join us as a contractor. We hope to receive several positive responses this coming week.
We placed an order for desktops and found an IT company to get the whole company up on G Suite for file sharing.
We surveyed team leaders on their opinions about Smartsheet, and had a planning meeting with Dooma about our recommendations for improvements.
We need to follow up on all our outstanding offers.
We need to schedule a meeting for team leaders to present several changes to Smartsheet that should hopefully make reports and other features more useful for the team.
We still need to find an alternate Toronto office.
