Productivity Team Update November 30, 2018

THIS WEEK'S UPDATE

  • We went out with several key offers. We already heard back on a few, and though responses were not all what we hoped, it looks like at least one person will join us as a contractor. We hope to receive several positive responses this coming week.

  • We placed an order for desktops and found an IT company to get the whole company up on G Suite for file sharing.

  • We surveyed team leaders on their opinions about Smartsheet, and had a planning meeting with Dooma about our recommendations for improvements.

LOOKING FORWARD

  • We need to follow up on all our outstanding offers.

  • We need to schedule a meeting for team leaders to present several changes to Smartsheet that should hopefully make reports and other features more useful for the team.

  • We still need to find an alternate Toronto office.
